兵庫県出身。大学卒業後、日系エアラインに就職。国際線CAとして各国で見聞し得た経験は、その後の考えの基となる。
エアライン退職後、大手芸能プロダクション2社にて、マネージャー/プロデューサーとして活躍し、多くの人気モデル・タレントの発掘育成や日本を
代表するイベントの開催にも関わり、業界をけん引した。
2020年「人生にSTORYを持つ人々の生き方の祭典」として、Mrs＆Mr of the Yearをスタート。
３年で全国47都道府県で地方大会を開催するアジア最大級コミュニティをつくりあげ、圧倒的スケールの日本大会、史上初のJAPAN BRANDの世界
大会を主催する。「エンターテインメントの持つ力」を信じ、イベント、映画、音楽などの仕事に携わる。
Saeko Nishimura
Profile: The Founder
Originally from Hyogo Prefecture, she began her career with a major Japanese airline after graduating from university. Her time as an international flight attendant allowed her to witness diverse cultures and perspectives firsthand—an experience that became the foundation for her global outlook.
Following her career in the aviation industry, she transitioned into the entertainment world, serving as a manager and producer at two of Japan’s leading talent agencies. She played a pivotal role in the industry, discovering and nurturing numerous top-tier models and celebrities, and organizing some of Japan’s most iconic events.
In 2020, she founded Mrs & Mr of the Year, envisioning it as a “celebration of the ways of life of those with a STORY.” In just three years, she built one of Asia’s largest communities, hosting regional preliminaries in all 47 prefectures of Japan. She now leads the movement by organizing the Japan Final on an overwhelming scale and hosting the first-ever international pageant under a “JAPAN BRAND.”
Driven by an unwavering belief in the “power of entertainment,” she continues to impact the world through her work in events, film, and music.
